I went online to reserve my space and in a matter of minutes Ann one of the owners called me and walked me through the process. She sent out the agreement, a user name and boom! I have a BRAND NEW storage unit with gated access! I have other storage units in other places but this one is "white glove" service.

Reserved online. Went to sign paperwork and the place was very clean the staff was very friendly and helpful and they wasted no time getting me in and out. Their rates were lower than most places I had been looking at and they also gave me a t shirt and a free lock which was a nice gesture other facilities usually do not do. I would highly recommend them!

Reserved quite easily online. I received a call the day before I moved my items in as a reminder. They were very kind and helpful, paperwork took minutes, even offered me some bottled water. They showed me my unit, clean and ready. A very pleasant experience with the best prices in town.

I left a 5 star review previously but didn't realize I could adjust the bars for my review. The customer service was excellent. They are priced competitively, thelit is secure with fence, and electronic gate. The units are new. It is only a 15 min drive from so very convenient. There were many around us but we chose this one for the price and customer service. They truly are 5 star in every way.

The owners were especially wonderful to me and my family. They offered my kids drinks when they didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t even ask. The facility is conveniently located off the highway and the use of security equipment made me feel at ease that my property was secure. The unit we reserved ended up being unavailable but the owners did not hesitate to offer an upgrade at no additional cost to us. I would and will strongly recommend this facility!

We showed up to the facility and Ann was there greeting us. We put our items in the storage unit and the unit was very clean and left me feeling comfortable to leave our items there. We later had to call back because we needed another unit due to the amount of items we had to store. She accomodated us incredibly well and quickly. We were able to obtain another unit in 2 minutes on the phone with her. She is a delight and I would highly recommend anyone to this company!
